Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
Apotheosis Church respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the measures used to protect it.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, account or membership details, messages, donation information, purchase information, and participation preferences. Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and basic usage or security logs.
Payments
Membership payments, donations, and purchases may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Payment-card details are submitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by Apotheosis Church. The provider processes information under its own privacy policy and security practices.
How we use information
We use information to provide memberships and requested services; process payments, donations, and purchases; communicate about the Church and its activities; respond to questions; maintain records; prevent fraud and misuse; improve the website; and comply with legal obligations.
How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the website, communications, payments, accounting, or security; when you direct or consent to disclosure; to protect rights, safety, and property; or when required by law. Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their work.
Cookies and third-party services
The website and linked services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, analytics, and payment sessions. Following a link to a third-party service makes that service’s terms and privacy policy applicable.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the public website, including pages viewed, general traffic sources, approximate geographic region, device and browser information, and interactions such as scrolling or outbound-link clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical information such as an IP address. We use this information in aggregated reports to understand and improve the website; we do not use Google Analytics to collect payment-card details or the contents of private communications. You can learn about Google’s practices and available controls at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. You may opt out of nonessential communications at any time. Subscription billing can be managed through the customer portal linked from the Members page.
